Hot Chicken Salad
Grandma New's recipe.
Ingredients
| 2 C | cooked chicken |
| 1 C | cooked rice |
| 1 C | cooked celery, diced |
| 1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
| 3/4 C | mayonnaise |
| 1 t | dried onion or 1 T minced onion |
Preparation
Mix
all together. Top with
crushed potato chips (1/2 to 1 cup) and crushed almonds (optional).
Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
Makes a 9 X 9 pan. Can be made and frozen or made the day before.
