Egg Rolls
Diana's recipe.
Ingredients
| 1 pkg | Egg roll wrappers |
| 1/2 C | chinese egg noodles cooked |
| 8 oz | cooked shrimp |
| 4 oz | pork |
| 6 | med mushrooms |
| 8 | green onions |
| 1 | hard boiled egg |
| 1 T | butter |
| 1 1/2 T | wine |
| 1/2 t | salt |
| 1/8 t | pepper |
Preparation
Chop finely the noodles, shrimp, pork, mushrooms, onions and egg. Cook in wok till done. Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly. Let mixture cool.
Fill
egg roll wrappers with mixture and fry in hot oil till crisp and golden
brown. Use Sweet & Sour sauce found in Sweet
