Chili Quilles

Red Sauce
| 3/4 cube | butter |
| 4 T | flour |
| ? | chicken bullion cubes |
| chili powder (preferably New Mexico Chimo Chili) | |
| ? | water |
Main Ingredients
| Tortilla chips | |
| chicken breast | |
| cheddar cheese |
Preparation
Preparation for the Red Sauce:
Make a chicken broth by boiling water and adding chicken bullion cubes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and slowly add in the flour, stirring constantly. Stir until a consistency of a paste and a golden brown color.
Add the chicken broth to the golden brown flour and butter.
Sprinkle in or add chili powder until the desired spice and hotness. I suggest you taste and add more chili powder until the desired taste.
Preparation for eating
Cook some chicken breasts and slice into chunks or long square strips.
On a plate, break up some tortilla chips. Then add a layer of the chicken strips. Then add a layer of cheddar cheese. Then add a layer of the sauce.
Eat, or layer again and eat.
