Burgundy Beef
Grandma New's recipe.
Ingredients
| 2 lbs | stew meat cut in 1" cubes |
| 1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
| 1/2 C | red wine |
| salt & pepper | |
| 1 can | mushrooms (add last hour of cooking) |
Preparation
Place ingredients in baking dish in order given. Cover and bake at 250 - 275 degrees for 5 hours or more.
