Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/4 C sugar
3 C flour
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 C shortening (part butter)
3  eggs
1 t vanilla

Preparation

  1. Sift the dry ingredients together.

  2. Cut in the shortening with part butter.

  3. Roll out and cut. 

  4. Sprinkle with sugar. 

  5. Bake at 375 degrees.
