Rum Balls
Ingredients
| 1 C | butter, softened |
| 1/3 C | powdered sugar (sifted) |
| 1 | egg yolk |
| 1 T | brandy |
| 1 t | vanilla |
| 2 C | flour |
Preparation
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
Beat in yolk, brandy and vanilla.
Gradually blend in flour.
Wrap in wax paper.
Chill 1 hour.
Shape in ball and put on ungreased sheet at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown on bottom.
Cool and then roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 4 dozen.
