Wacky Cake

Debra New's famous cake.  Christi's FAVORITE to make and eat!

Ingredients
2 1/2 C 3 C flour
1 1/2 C 2 C sugar
4 1/2 T 6 T cocoa
1/2 t 1 t salt
2 t 2 t baking soda
9 T 3/4 C salad oil
1 T 2 T vinegar
1 1/2 t 2 t vanilla
2 C 2 C cold water

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together in a 9 x 13 cake pan with a fork.  Make 3 pockets for the oil, vinegar and vanilla.  Pour each in the pocket.

Pour 2 cups cold water over all and mix thoroughly with a fork.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
