Angel Food Cake
Grandma New's recipe
Ingredients| 1 C | egg whites (11 eggs) |
| 1 C | flour |
| 1 1/2 C | sugar |
| 1 t | vanilla |
| 1 t | cream of tartar |
Preparation
Sift flour five times with cream of tartar.
Sift sugar once. Beat
egg whites to a stiff froth, then add sugar gradually, add vanilla.
And lastly, flour folded in gradually.
Pour into pan quickly. Bake
in 350 degree oven 40 minutes.
