How fast does my internet connection need to be?

Although VoIP does not use a lot of bandwidth it is effected by others in your household using a computer at the same time you are on the phone, We suggest a minimum of 1 Mbps Upload and Download.

Is there a cost for the equipment?

No, If you already have phone lines they will work fine with the equipment that we provide. our service will use your existing phone lines in your house.

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes, In most cases we are able to transfer your existing number for a one time fee of $ 24.95

Will I have Voice Mail?

Yes, Voice Mail is included. You can check your messages either through your phones handset or you can chose to have all voice mail messages emailed directly to you. There is no extra charge for this feature.

Does it include Caller ID?

Yes, Our system is compatible with caller ID. The phones you plug in must also be compatible with caller ID

What about 911 service?

Since a VoIP phone can be moved from one location to another 911 providers have no way to tell where the phone is physically located. For an additional $ 4.95 per month you can register your phone number and location with E911 so there will be a physical address on file in case of an emergency
